The service
TwitterXAPI provides read-only access to public X data. We do not provide posting, liking, following, direct messaging, or other write actions. Availability and completeness can change because the service depends on X and other providers.
Your use
You must comply with applicable law, respect privacy and intellectual-property rights, secure your API key, and avoid abusive traffic, attempts to bypass limits, or use that harms the service or third parties. You are responsible for deciding whether your use and storage of returned data is lawful.
Credits and billing
Usage is charged in integer credit units at the rates shown before purchase or in the current documentation. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire while the service operates. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are shown during checkout. Except where law requires otherwise, consumed credits are non-refundable.
Service limits
We may apply rate limits, pause abusive keys, or suspend access needed to protect accounts and infrastructure. Queued downloads are temporary; download and retain results you need. The service is provided as available without a guarantee that every X request succeeds.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or upstream outages. We may update these terms as the product changes and will post the revised date here.
